*****
Wine Class takes readers on an entertaining and
accessible journey through the many factors
influencing wine - from where it's grown and its
grapes, to the people that make it. There are also
tips on buying, storing and serving wine and
matching it with food.
Jo believes the best way to learn about wine is
through tasting it, so at the end of each chapter
she's selected wines that illustrate each
chapter's themes that you can try for yourself,
plus all the information you need to set up your
own fun tastings at home with friends and family.
By the end of the
book, readers will have encountered wines made
from most of key grape varieties and regions
available in New Zealand today, in the process
becoming equipped to navigate the often complex
world of wine with confidence.
